Order the items:
Your purchaser can automatically add the requested parts and their quantity for those specific workorders to one or more purchase orders.
And your purchaser can automatically add the require onhand amounts and parts based on the Restock Level that can be set for each part.
Email your purchase order details using one of the many sample report templates included with AyaNova, and/or customize as needed with our internal report template designer.
And you can update your ETA date in your PO when received from your supplier so that your technicians and those awaiting receivement know when to expect.
Process the order:
