Available serial numbers edit form¶
The Part serials edit form provides all the standard edit form functionality and the following fields:
Part¶
The Part field at the top is read only and used to indicate which Part is having it's serial numbers collection edited. You can also use the quick link beside the part name to return to the part's main edit form.
Add¶
The Add box is provided to enter new serial numbers to be added to this Part's serial number collection.
You can enter (or paste) multiple serial numbers here at once to save time in entry in which case each serial number should be separated by a comma or appear on their own line.
Once you have entered the serial numbers to be added, click on the +
add icon to the right of the Add box to have the raw serial numbers parsed into separate items and moved to the available serial numbers list to the right.
Any changes made here do not take effect until this form is saved.
