Ground Zero Tech-Works Inc. (that's us!) provides AyaNova software and AyaNova support.
You can visit our AyaNova website and our AyaNova Help documentation without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information.
This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you when you use this website or contact us.
What information do we collect about you?
Information about you (such as your email address, name, company information) is provided to us when you email us directly or email us via our online form.
When you place an order for our AyaNova products and services with our payment processing provider, information you provided in your order (your company name, company contact information, contact name) is sent to us once payment is confirmed by the payment processor (we do NOT have access to your payment information).
For AyaNova Perpetual license also refer to 18. Processing of Personal Data outlined in our EULA (End User License Agreement), which is also displayed for acceptance before installing any latest AyaNova product.

How will we use the information about you?
We will use this information to provide the products and / or services requested, to maintain case and bug issues reported by you, and to send you relevant AyaNova information.
Ground Zero Tech-Works Inc. will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside Ground Zero Tech-Works Inc.
In the event that your AyaNova is hosted with a third party and support is requested by you or your hosting company, your hosting company may provide us with your contact information and company information so that we may provide support.
In processing your order, our payment processing provider sends us your details so that we may process your order.
Access to your information and correction
If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please contact us.
You may ask us to correct or remove information you believe is inaccurate.
To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to sensitive information that may include requesting your order information.
Cookies
Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information. This information is used to track visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.
Cookies are used when you click on Add to Cart for any AyaNova product.
When you click on Add to Cart, a cookie is placed on your device and you are redirected to our payment processing provider's website cart with that selected AyaNova product now showing in your cart. These "cookies" maintain the products you have added to your shopping cart so that you can purchase multiple products in one order.
